The Northern CSG is a community-led program auspiced by the Australian Multicultural Foundation (AMF) and delivered in partnership with Preston Mosque, MyCentre and the Victorian Government. The program aims to provide young people and the broader Muslim community in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne with the support and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential and develop a sense of belonging in Australia.
The Northern CSG directory is a database of support services that are relevant and appropriate to the needs of the community. By identifying community professionals (e.g. social workers, psychologists, lawyers, educators) who are able to provide culturally and religiously appropriate support, the directory aims to improve accessibility and uptake of these services, leading to greater outcomes for Muslim Australians in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
